Gilcrest Gas Plant

The Gilcrest processing plant, compressor station, and two gathering systems were purchased in October of 2002. This facility, located in Weld County, Colorado, consists of a 17 MMcf/d cryogenic processing facility, 1,000 bbl/d fractionation unit, approximately 67 miles of gas gathering pipeline connected to 132 receipts points, and 6,400 horsepower of compression.

Residue gas outlets are Colorado Interstate Gas and Public Service Company. After fractionation of NGLs, the propane and natural gasoline products are sold into local markets, while the remaining liquid products are trucked to injection points on nearby NGL pipelines.
